Pass any of these three tests to qualify for the Athletes Batch
Statics Test
Male: Back lever (10s), Handstand (15s), Dragon Flag
Female: Skin the cat ×3, Handstand (10s), Elbow lever (10s)
Endurance Test
Male: (1 min on / 1 min off) — 5 Muscle-ups, 20 Pull-ups, 25 Dips, 40 Jump squats, 30 Push-ups
Female: (within 3 min) — 6 Pull-ups, 10 Dips, 30 Jump squats, 15 Push-ups, 15 Leg Hanging Raises
Street Lifting Test
Male: Pull-up +30kg, Dip +50kg
Female: Pull-up +10kg, Dip +20kg
